Why we exist
Getting daily essentials in many parts of Bangladesh still means a trip to the bazar, uncertain stock and no one to call when something is wrong. We think a well-run local company can do better, with technology doing the routine work and people taking responsibility for the result.
Where we start
Our first business is Noago Mart, a grocery and household delivery service. The first store is being prepared in Chowmuhani, Noakhali. We own the stock, run the store and employ the riders, so the customer deals with one company from order to doorstep.
How we work
We keep the model simple and accountable: our own inventory, our own store operations, our own delivery. Software handles ordering, stock and routing. People handle quality, service and judgement.
How we grow
Each new branch follows the same nine steps: market research, location, store setup, inventory, systems, pilot, launch, performance review and then the next branch. Other services such as logistics, own-label products and mobility are future directions, and each will start only when the business is ready and any required approvals are in place.
